ATTENTION: With .gmx and .web mail addresses it can happen that the confirmation mail does not reach the buyer. However, the reservations are recognised and saved in the system. If you have not received the reply, please contact us at bestellung@hockeyticket.de.

Orders for several days can be collected in the shopping basket so that only one order process needs to be triggered.

What about the Corona access regulations to the venue?

At the moment, spectators are admitted to the Hamburg sports hall. To what extent this will change as of January 2022 is not yet foreseeable. However, the politicians in Hamburg have taken a clear position and have credibly held out the prospect that spectators will also be admitted for the European Indoor Hockey Championships in 2022. However, this is no guarantee. How many will then be admitted to the 4,300-capacity arena will certainly be decided according to the course of the pandemic and its effects.  It could also happen that only vaccinated and recovered people can enter the venue.

What do I get when I make a reservation?

As of now, it is possible to make a reservation for a later ticket purchase for the European Indoor Hockey Championships 2022 in Hamburg. Reservations can be purchased for single day adult and concession tickets only. In the event that no tickets can be purchased for the event, the reservation will be forfeited without replacement. We currently expect the tickets to be available in November 2021. Reservation holders will be informed of the purchase opportunity in good time and will be given exclusive access to the tickets for a period of at least two weeks. If a ticket is not purchased during this period, the reservation will lose its time exclusivity. However, the voucher retains its value and can be used at a later date.

Who gets first access to a limited number of seats?

Decisive for the order of access for later tickets is the registration date and the corresponding time. The earlier a registration is made, the higher the probability of a later opportunity to purchase a ticket.

Will I get the money back?

Basically, the money for purchased tickets of the European Indoor Hockey Championship will be refunded in case of cancellation of the event or a limitation of spectator seats and the resulting possibility that the ticket request cannot be fulfilled. Excluded from this are the respective processing fees of EUR 5.- for a reservation. In the case of a later ticket purchase, EUR 5.- will also be charged as a handling fee. In case of a ticket purchase including a previous reservation, a maximum of EUR 5.- will be retained.

Which tickets will be available and how much will they cost?

Tickets are planned in the categories adult, reduced, family, permanent and weekend tickets. However, due to the ongoing Covid 19 pandemic, there may be restrictions on the categories. Adult ticket prices will range from EUR 10 to EUR 55, depending on the day and seating category. All other ticket categories will be available at significantly lower prices, in some cases per person.

In which areas am I allowed to be with my ticket, where do I sit?

When a ticket is purchased, a fixed seat is reserved for the purchaser. This seating assignment corresponds to the currently valid Corona regulations. The extent to which a gastronomic or commercial offer can be made in the Hamburg Sports Hall can only be decided at a later date.

Who can order discounted tickets?

The following groups of people are classified in the category "Reduced tickets": Children from 2 to 18 years, pupils and students, trainees, pensioners and people with disabilities. Children under the age of two are admitted free of charge when accompanied by an adult, but are not entitled to a seat. The following applies to all persons: access with the reduced ticket is only possible with a valid ID documenting the described requirements. If this proof is not present upon entry to the venue, admission will be denied. A refund of the money for the ticket is excluded.

What has to be considered with the family ticket?

If the purchaser has purchased a family ticket, the entire group for this ticket must enter the event area together upon first admission.

What does a permanent or weekend ticket include?

Purchasing a permanent or a weekend ticket allows you to watch all matches on the days listed on the ticket.

What are the prices in advance and at the box office?

Tickets sold in advance are at least 10%, but no more than 50% cheaper than at the box office on the days of the event. The box office opens at the opening of the event area, if tickets are still available.

When is the event area open?

A ticket entitles the holder to access the event area for the entire time of the match on the days purchased by purchasing the ticket. As a rule, the event area is opened half an hour before the first match. After the last game, the event area will be closed within a time corridor of also half an hour. Any deviations from this will be published in good time on field hockey.de.

When do the German national teams play?

The German national teams play at least once a day per gender. In some cases also twice. On the final days, the appearances of the DHB teams will depend on the respective qualification of the teams. The match schedule will be published by the EHF shortly.
