What about the Corona access regulations at the venues?

At the moment, spectators are permitted at all HPL 2022 locations. It is not yet clear to what extent this will change on the event days. However, the policy has taken a clear position and credibly held out the prospect that spectators will continue to be permitted at outdoor events. However, this is not a guarantee. At the moment, up to 5,000 spectators are allowed to attend an outdoor event with an appropriate hygiene concept. It could also happen that only vaccinated and recovered people can enter the venue.

Will I get my money back?

Generally, the money for purchased tickets to the Hockey Pro League will be refunded in case of cancellation of the event or restriction of spectator seats. Hockeyticket will also make an interesting offer for a voucher to the buyer of a ticket in case of cancellation of the event. If this offer is not actively accepted, 100% of the money will be automatically transferred back. The return of tickets is excluded in the event that the buyer does not comply with the requirements of the authorities and those determined by the organizer, including the Covid-19 pandemic.

Can I give a ticket to someone else?

The ticket is personalized, but may be given to another person. If the ticket is passed on, the purchaser agrees to provide the recipient with contact details to the health authorities in the event that official follow-up is required with regard to Corona follow-up.

In which areas can I stay with my ticket, where do I sit?

When the ticket is purchased, a fixed seat is reserved for the purchaser. This seat assignment is in accordance with the currently valid Corona regulations. In addition, the ticket purchaser is allowed to sit in the areas that are free for spectators, such as the field hockey plaza.

Who can order discounted tickets?

The following groups of people are classified in the category "Reduced tickets": Children from 6 to 18 years, pupils and students, trainees, pensioners and people with disabilities. Children under the age of six are admitted free of charge when accompanied by an adult, but are not entitled to a seat. The following applies to all persons: access with the reduced ticket is only possible with a valid ID documenting the described requirements. If this proof is not present upon entry to the venue, admission will be denied. A refund of the money for the ticket is excluded.

What has to be considered with the family ticket?

If the purchaser has purchased a family ticket, the entire group for this ticket must enter the event area together upon first admission.

What does a season ticket include?
Purchasing a season ticket allows you to watch all games on the days listed on the ticket.

What are the prices in advance and at the box office?

Tickets sold in advance are at least 8%, but no more than 50% cheaper than at the box office on the days of the event. The box office opens at the opening of the event area, if tickets are still available.

When is the event area open?

A ticket entitles the holder to access the event area for the entire duration of the event on the days purchased by the ticket. As a rule, the event area is opened one hour before the first game. After the last game, the event area will be closed within a time corridor of one hour as well. Deviations from this will be published in good time on field hockey.de.
